“There are five important things for living a successful and fulfilling life: never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up, never stop trying, and never stop learning.”
― Roy Bennett

Many of the most significant accomplishments I have experienced in my life took place after a struggle. Nothing valuable has ever happened for me with out significant determination.

I have heard many more “no’s” then “yes’s,” especially while working to improve the quality of life for those other than myself, my family and friends. My whole life has been about the vision of providing a place for the marginalized learner. (Click here to see my video “My story as a marginalized learner”.)

“Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.” — Joel A. Barker

Although the Antelope Valley Union High School District denied our charter petition, the leadership team has regrouped. Despite the opposition, we are in the midst of planning a strategy to establish iLEAD Synergy School of the Arts and Technology. While the opening date may well be the fall of 2023, we are carefully considering ways to offer these art programs within the iLEAD organization while also working on moving the school forward. Please stay tuned.

We will keep you posted on our progress as you keep us in your thoughts.
